Before becoming a therapist, I lived many different lives. I’ve been an architect, a poet, an artist, a business owner, a carpenter, a children’s party planner, a neurodivergent behaviouralist, and a continual student. I have lived across Canada, from Vancouver, Calgary, and Manitoba to the Comox Valley.
I have stood at the beginning of new chapters, grieved the loss of self, questioned my purpose, and slowly found my way back home, time and time again. It’s these experiences and education that allows me to sit beside another person and witness their pain with humble compassion, curiosity, and hope.
I am honored to support youth and adults (ages 13 - 85) through life’s many seasons. My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and highly integrative.
I am endlessly fascinated by the mind-body connection and neurodiversity. Our stories not only live in our thoughts, but in our muscles, our breathe, our hearts, and in our relationships. When we begin listening to ourselves with acceptance and curiosity instead of judgement, growth can unfold in ways we never imagined.
Healing is less about becoming someone new and more about a gentle returning to the person that’s hidden beneath the fear, the grief, the survival, the pain. The answers you seek are deep within.
Whether you’re holding grief that feels too heavy to name, living with the echoes of trauma, feeling trapped by anxiety or depression, struggling with relationships, or simply wondering “What’s the point of all this?” I would be honored to explore the weight of existence with you.
